location (through comcast). I have verified through comcast that
they do not block me and the connection is valid.

They suggested that I contact you to see if you are filtering
out my IP address for some reason. I can reach you (obviously)
through another ISP with no problem.

The IP address range for my business is: 70.89.211.89 -
70.89.211.94

Can you please check and unfilter me if possible?
Thanks,

this normally only happens if the routing from the ISP is using
outdated software - because our IP address ends in a zero.

Tiger Teamtag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/261087522013-04-01T23:44:27Z2013-04-01T23:44:28ZAccess to your site.

I asked comcast about this and this was their reply:
"As the neither the domain and/or IP address are not blocked on the
Comcast Network, the site owner can simply add your IP scope to
their access list. "

Any other suggestions? Or can you just add me to your access
list?

Dave Jonestag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/261087522013-04-02T00:21:44Z2013-04-02T00:21:44ZAccess to your site.

Hi Dave,

What is interesting (possibly) is that I can get to your
help.lighthouseapp.com without any problem, which leads me to
believe the suggestion above about your IP address ending in 0.

No one seems to want to take responsibility for it though
:-)

Dave Jonestag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/261087522013-04-02T17:13:02Z2013-04-02T17:13:02ZAccess to your site.

Hi Dave,

This is definitely a sign of a problem with the
.0

IP address, but I would say that your router is the issue here. Is
your computer directly attached to the Comcast modem, or do you
have an intermediate router?

Julientag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/261087522013-04-08T21:55:34Z2013-04-08T21:55:34ZAccess to your site.

Hi Dave,

Just wanted to follow up and see if you needed further
assistance. We wondered if your computer is directly attached to
the Comcast modem, or if you have an intermediate router.

Thanks,
bypassing my internal network. It still will not let me access your
site, which leads me to believe that it is indeed a comcast problem
- but they won't admit it.

Any other thoughts? That was a great suggestion.
Dave

Dave Jonestag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/261087522013-04-09T00:02:58Z2013-04-09T00:02:58ZAccess to your site.

Wait, it's not even leaving your local network. Whatever is at
10.0.0.1 is blocking it.

That thing is probably a wifi router or cable modem box or
something. Throw that out and get another one :) or just log into
it and see if there's anything crazy or a firmware update.

Tiger Team
