the closed states. Then I changed it back to one of the open

was accepted again by the system. So to answer your 2nd question,

<p>I may have edited the project settings such that that ticket's

was changed, at least that's my guess.</p>

ticket with that state is in a kind of limbo. It's possible to fix
these tickets with bulk edit.</p>
<p>I do agree that there should be some more helpful text on the
project edit screen, I'll talk to the team about adding this.</p></div>Matt Lyon
