Is there someone I can talk to on the phone to get logged in? Please!!??

    I'm not sure what service you're talking about, but both Lighthouse and the Voxpop forums have password reset functions on the login page if you forgot your login.

    I just register a new account (10$/m). But, for technical reasons, i didt'n receive any confirmation/activation email. How can i get this ? And I made a mistake in the sub-domain *.lighthouseapp.com: videoagencu.lighthouseapp.com should be videoagency.lighthouseapp.com. Thanks.

    I'm sorry, is one issue here directly related to the other post? or just a similar problem?

    Also, if you entered your email incorrect, do you know what you entered at least?

    I've exactly the same problem than Jimmy Beaune.

    I've suscribed for a paid account (10$) and did not received the confirmation mail. The recover password functionnality is also not working.

    I've checked my "spams" and I'm sure I did not received any mail.

    My account name is citizencast and the mail associated is yvon at cognard dot com

    With yvon [at] cognard [dot] com, yes.

    And all the emails just arrived, more than 2 hours after the registration

    Weird. We're currently looking into the delay in the email system. These shouldnt have taken more than a few moment.s

    I've been forced to use the "forgot password" fonctionnality again because my token were outdated and this time the email arrived immediatly.

    Maybe it can help...

    It appears that the email is functioning normally now. Thanks for the heads up.

    Let us know if you have any other issues. If you want to keep things like email and account names in private you do need to register to login on Tender, our support app that we are using here.
