milestone's ticket counts not to update in certain situations where
both the milestone was already past-due and a user updates a
ticket's state within fifteen minutes of making other changes to
the ticket. I'm assuming your problem fell under this.</p>
<p>The fix for the issue is live, and we're going to run a job
later tonight to update any milestones that were affected by
