All our ticket bins are throwing an error (Sorry, you've stumbled on an error) except for empty bins.
I know someone else raised this but you've assumed that the issue was isolated.

Thanks,
Jon

For anyone having this problem, you can emulate the ticket bin links by filtering through the URL, e.g. "/tickets?q=state%3Aopen&filter=" will give you all open tickets. All the filters and search field parameters still work.

Thanks for letting us know, we're currently working on the solution. I'll update you when we get it sorted. Individual tickets should still be accessible, it only seems to be affecting the saved searches/bins.

    Thanks for your patience,
    Nicole

Sorry about that, pushed a fix for a weird bug that wasn't caught in testing.
