#FlowChat does not connect to Undernet because it is badly designed.
I am not happy with your software #FlowChat I bought 3 days ago via ItuneStore.
It does not do what I bought it for : Chat on the most popular IRC chat Server : Undernet.
It does not connect because you did not test it - to understand that they need an Ident reply to connect.
I want a refund, what is the procedure?
I am tired of those badly thought softwares. The designers think that because it cost only few dollars, custumers will not complain. Well I am complaining and I want to be reimbursed. I do that systematicaly with bad softwares.

Hey Serge,
I think you have hit the wrong Support area. You posted your question to Tender Support, the support system that the people are are probably trying to contact are using.
Please double check the URL/email address you are trying to contact.
