can't sign in
I am having trouble signing in....I am pretty sure that I am using the right email and password, but it is saying that it is not registered.

What is the profile email you are attempting to use? Also, what is the account url?

[email blocked] has access to the access5d account. If you go to https://access4h.lighthouseapp.com/login and click the forgot password, it will send you a key which you can access your profile and reset your password. Give that a try and let us know if it's working.
