Receiving email notifications - how to?
Hi Lighthouse team,
started yesterday with testing your systems. I'm really impressed. Great benefit of your product is the ability to control the tickets via email. What i'm missing so far is getting status updates for tickets via email. According to the FAQ this shoul automatically happen.
My profiles setting is default: Receive email updates about all tickets i'm watching.
But this doesn't happen to me. Where is the mistake?

You won't receive email updates of your own stuff in Lighthouse, just from other members of the account
