What is the email for the user and what URL are they receiving the error on?

    Hello Will,

The email is [email blocked] and the URL is

Looks like that profile was only associated with a project "Test" which has been deleted. If you go into your "Access & Permissions" and invite her to an active project you should be able to log in. If this doesn't work, let us know.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    Hello Nicole,

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner but the person with this
issue just came back to the office. We tried your suggestion and it didn't
work so we invited her back to lighthouse and she got this error.

If the user has an account already, they need to login and confirm the account, instead of creating a new profile.

I've completely reset her profile and then sent her a fresh invite. That should work this time around. Please let us know if she is able to setup the profile and log in to the account this time around.

Somewhere between then and the now, she accepted the invite to the ricg account. She has access to Technology Solutions Requests.

Her setup is working fine right now.

    That's great news.

Please let us know if you have any further questions. We'll try to take a look at the usability of the login/signup/accept area of Lighthouse and figure out where some of the confusion might be occurring.
