I'm editing a ticket, clicking the Update button, it says "sucessfully updated", but its DIDN'T updated it...

And if i click Edit Ticket again, it shows the update i've made.... (but only on 'edit mode').

Another strange thing that happens: clicking EDIT TICKET, shows also the "TITLE" field, which never really updates this way. You need to click 'Change Title' on the end of the page (url: .../ticketNumber#ticket-title)

Yeah, we've confirmed the issue and hope to have it fixed in the next update. Sorry about that.

We've been editing ticket comments for over 6 months and depend on it quite a lot. As far as I can remember this problem only began happening mid last week.

When it's fixed, I hope our edited ticket comments are displayed, and not reverted to the old "frozen" comments.

The edited comments will be displayed when it's fixed. That data is saved in the field, it's the caching side of the front end that isn't displaying the edited data.
