tickets created today
Is it by design that "tickets created today" is an non-overlapping set with "tickets created this week?"
Which is to say that "tickets created today" are not showing up as "created this week" for me.

They should overlap.
What are the exact search queries you are running?

Now they overlap. I would guess it is some kind of time zone issue? Or query caching?
The queries that did not overlap when I posted my first note today were:
created:today
created:'this week'
That was apparently 1:42 PM PST
At 3:51 PM 'this week' is a superset of 'today', which is what I'd expect.

It's possible it may have been some delay in a form of caching. We'll try to take a look and see if we can get that tweaked if there is an actual delay. I'll see if I can reproduce it first then move from there.
