An error has occured
We've been getting lots of "an error has occured" just changed the status of bugs or adding comments over the past few days. You have to click to go back refresh the page and submit again - after two or three attempts it takes and changes the bug but it's pretty annoying.

We recently discovered an issue with our servers which where causing them to reboot at random. During this process it was possible to get intermittent error pages, usually it may only occur once in a single instance, but while heavily sorting tickets and entering data you may have noticed several instances. We believe this has has been resolved, although only time will tell.
Tonight we deployed a series of performance optimizations for Lighthouse. If you experience the error pages again, please let us know.

It seems to have gone away, thanks.
