I dont see tickets that I sent to project by email.

I am sending tickets to this address [email blocked] but dont see them. There are no any error messages or email that I get back from lighthouse. Only silence. I am waiting a day for my tickets sent by email, but they sill not in lighthouse

Do you have any ides?

P.S. I sent tickets from the registered address

    I'm not quite sure if thats a valid email address since its abridged. Have you had any luck since posting here?

    I have the same problem as "alr". Since a few days no tickets can't be created via email (ticket+ybis.17922-7dn66rd7(at)lighthouseapp.com).

    That's really bad, because my customer only creates tickets via email. Luckily he told me on the phone, that he tried to create several tickets during the last view days.

    It seems to be a general problem - does it?

    Here is my correct email for new tickets: ticket+medium.19420-tpdhksyt(at)lighthouseapp.com and it still is not working.

    How long does it take for an e-mail to appear in the ticket list. I've sent 3 e-mails more than 1 hour ago, and I don't see them in my ticket list.

    I haven't received any error message, and those e-mails were sent from the same e-mail address as the one in my LH account.

    Any idea?

    The emails you sent were to a specific ticket. It looks like they were added to ticket #8.

    There are two types of emails that Lighthouse takes. The project email is shown on the tickets index page, and is used to create new tickets. Ticket emails, shown on ticket pages and used as the Reply address for ticket notification emails, are used for adding comments to existing tickets.

    Wow, it was a very obscure bug in the codebase, but it wasn't hard to fix once I started looking into it. It'll be deployed tomorrow probably.
