Mass Import Script
I've exchanged a few tweets with Rick and he's indicated that he would be interested in using our Red Mine data to help test the mass import that you guys are working on. Let me know if you guys are interested. We need to move our stuff in the next few weeks so this would be ideal if we could work together on this.

I have an export format mostly defined right now. It's just a directory of json files for each individual record. I'll post details once I've got that finalized and have started on the import script.

Have you made any progress on this? I'm available to help test / debug / whatever.
Thanks.

If this is not ready in the next day or so we may have to resort to the existing import (no comment history) method. Can you share the JSON interface as it stands now so we can at least start our import utility? Alternatively, can we import now without comments and add comment history in a few weeks when this is ready?

I haven't had time to finish up the importer. The existing JSON
interface is the same as the XML interface:

You can add comments by modifying the ticket, but the timestamps will
be all wrong. I'll see if I can hack in support for that real quick
though.
