Close and reopen milestone

Is there a way to close (and then reopen) a milestone using the API?

   You can post to the close and open endpoints

   /projects/:project_id/milestones/:id/close
   /projects/:project_id/milestones/:id/open

   Those should be 'PUT' requests.
