get token permissions?

Hello, Is it possible to get an api reposnse that describes the permissions for a given token? I have an app that I would prefer to just iterate thru the projects, and only attempt to get more data if it has permission. I could just try and fail, but thought It would be nice if the API would just let me know what the tokens permissions are. Thanks, Michael Fairchild

    This page in the API docs explains the token xml action. It'll provide a link to the project or account that it gives access to.
