Queryable RSS
Would it be possible to have a queryable RSS feed ?
That way you can set up very simple ticket monitoring in a feed or live bookmark

That's an interesting idea. At the moment we're throwing around the idea of jabber notification support.

That's interesting. RSS is kinda cool because it's persistent unlike IM.

RSS isn't instant though. Most readers don't even update except for 30 minute cycles.
