creating ticket issue
i still facing issue while sending request of create ticket, i send json data and set basic auth and content-type :json too but 200 response appeared instead of 201. kindly guide me. i have attached postman post request screen shot too

Hi,
If you're following the Create Ticket steps here found in our API docs then it should be working correctly. We have had no other reports of issue.
