Very Confused
Is lighthouse part of Tender App? I was told Tender App has an integration with InfusionSoft? Do I simply add my InfusionSoft API Key to Lighthouse? Looking for any help I can get. Thanks.

Lighthouse is not part of Tender, they are separate applications.
Lighthouse is a bug/ticket tracker.
Tender is a customer support and knowledge base system that offers integration with Lighthouse, allowing you to send user discussions over to Lighthouse as tickets.
The Infusion Systems team do have some sort of Tender integration for CustomerHub. You can read about that here - http://support.customerhub.net/kb/resources-2/tender-configuration
I do not believe they have integrated Lighthouse into any of their systems.
