Change Ticket Notifications
There doesn't appear to be a way to change the user notifications for a ticket. Am I missing something in the documentation or are there plans to add this feature in the future?
Thanks!

Hey Kyle. What do you mean exactly? What are you trying to change about the notifications?

Via the website portal we have access to add additional members of a project to be notified when a ticket is updated. There doesn't seem to be a way to control who is on this list via the API.

Kyle -
This isn't currently part of the API. I've created a development ticket and we'll update this discussion when we have more information to share on the status.
Thanks,
Nicole

Hi Nicole, any word on this functionality yet?

Kyle -
None yet. We'll update this discussion when it's in active development. We usually only schedule out two weeks in advance.
Thanks for your patience,
Nicole

Is this item still being considered for a future API version?

Hi Kyle,
Sorry for the delay, we've been making lots of improvements lately in Lighthouse and we're having trouble closing the loop on some issues... but the good news this was fixed! It should be possible to specify the ticket watchers by user ID, using the API. You can accomplish this by including a value named "multiple_watchers" in the ticket payload that contains an array of user IDs. If you just want to notify everyone you can also pass "notify_all" with a true value in the ticket payload. In the absence of either of these, the subscribed users should be notified. If you have questions or need clarification let me know.
Regards,
-hobson
