Is the Ticket Bin API meant to return every user's bins?
One thing I've been meaning to ask for quite a while. If you use the API to get ticket bins for a project, it will return all the bins in that project, whether they're for the logged in user or not. This is something that has seemed a bit odd to me, as you cannot access other people's ticket bins through the web UI as far as I'm aware.
It's not a big issue as I can just filter out all ticket bins that don't belong to the user whos credentials are being used, but I've always thought it would make more sense to only return the bins that would be visible through the web UI (ie the user's bins + any shared bins).
(PS Sorry in advance for all the inevitable API questions you'll likely get from me over the coming days and weeks as I revisit the far reaches of the API ;) )
