Starting this morning tickets that are created via the API no longer have watchers automatically assigned to them.
Previous behavior was that assigner and assignee were both added as watchers.

It's desirable to have the ticket creation behavior at parity with the native process.

We didn't actually deploy anything this morning. Can you double-check to confirm if something changed with your code? Or if anyone changed the subscription setup in your lighthouse?

    Court3nay,

It appears the problem I was seeing is that there is a delay of a minute (or few) before watchers are automatically assigned to a newly created ticket via the API. The time of delay doesn't seem to be consistent, nor does it always happen.

    Shaun -

Are you just experiencing a delay or are some tickets failing to have watchers added as you'd expect? Let us know and we'll troubleshoot further.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    Nicole,

From what I saw it was just a delay.
At this time I'm not seeing any delays.

    Shaun -

Awesome, let us know if you see any delays down the road and I'm closing this discussion for now.

    Thanks,
