Webhook URL

Hi Guys,

Do you have a way to add a webhook url, that is called when an action occurs?

I'm thinking something like, posting a message containing the url of the ticket, email address and name of the person it was assigned to and title of the ticket to a url?

I'd like to be able to create a notify.io notification each time a ticket is created/assigned to somebody.

   Take a look at this discussion for more information on Lighthouse's CallbackHandlers (our webhook). CallbackHandlers are experimental but we do use them for Tender Support integration with Lighthouse.
